October Alchemy Update

I do apologize for not updating this blog as much as we should have. We have been rather busy in Sl and in RL and this blog kindof slipped my mind.

We have a lot of updates for you as well as new products which I will be showcasing here over the coming days.

First off, we have a new store location which you can find here: October Alchemy Main Store

We also have switched to a new vendor system.

One of the features of this new system is a Customer Rewards Program. The Customer Rewards Program is a way for us to give back to our customers.

There are three different levels which are the tiers based on the total amount that you have spent in our store. The more you spend, the more you will get in return for being a valued customer.

After you reach one of the tiers, you will be credited back to your store account the percentage of the amount spent on transactions after reaching that goal. The higher the level, the larger the percentage.

Our vendors are currently set at:

L$100 earns 5% store credit

L$250 earns 10% store credit

L$500 earns 20% store credit

We also offer store credit cards through this system. These are not like conventional gift cards however, in that instead of each card carrying a set amount of credit, all credit across your gift cards counts as store credit. You do not need to wear your card at all when purchasing. On the other hand, since these cards don't actually contain any credit themselves, they cannot be transferred, but you can use the purchase as gift option on the gift card vendors.

You can check your store credit at the kiosk inside our store, you can also have most of our items re-delivered using the same kiosk.

We are re-vamping most of our products and are in the process of creating new ones. I will keep this blog updated with information.
